What Lootfront is

Lootfront hosts a storefront website for your Tebex webstore, built from one of our themes, on a lootfront.app address or on your own domain. Your packages, prices, basket and checkout come from Tebex through the public token you give us. Lootfront is run by one person, so support is by email and best effort.

Payments and delivery are Tebex's

Players pay through Tebex checkout. Tebex takes the payment, handles refunds and chargebacks, delivers the items to your server and pays you out, under its own terms with you. We are not a party to those sales, never touch player money and cannot change or reverse a Tebex payment.

Your account

You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for the stores it owns. One account can own up to 10 stores.

Trial, plans and billing

• Every new store starts with 14 days of Pro, with no card asked for.
• If the trial ends without a subscription, the store keeps running as a Showcase store: on its lootfront.app address, with the Lootfront badge and limited to 6 packages, 1 category, no modules.
• Pro costs $19 a month or $149 a year, billed in advance through Lemon Squeezy, which processes the payment and handles sales tax. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the store becomes a Showcase store.
• No refunds once a billing period has started, for monthly and yearly plans alike, except where the law where you live requires one.
• We tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lootfront to host anything illegal, malware, phishing, or content that is not yours to use.

These get a store suspended:

• removing, hiding or covering the Lootfront badge on a Showcase store;
• proxying, framing or mirroring a Showcase store under another domain;
• hosting a store with a Tebex token you do not control.

We may also suspend a store that puts the service or its visitors at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Time already paid for is not refunded when a store is suspended for breaking these terms.

The service

Lootfront is provided as it is. We work to keep it up but do not promise any uptime, and themes and features may change. As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Lootfront at any time; email us to have a store and its data deleted. If we ever shut the service down we give at least 30 days' notice and refund paid time that is left.
